This division was created to meet the growing demand for premium lifestyle management services in the condo-hotel markets throughout the world. Distinctive Lifestyle focuses on the unique needs of premium condominium-hotel properties providing management and consulting services. The company oversees all aspects of condominium-hotel property management, including asset management, condominium association compliance, financial and fiscal management, and risk management. The Distinctive Lifestyle team also consults with developers from the initial, conceptual stages throughout the entire development life cycle.

Distinctive Lifestyle is led by Mahmoud Soliman, a 25-year hospitality industry veteran, with more than 15 years in senior management roles with Ritz Carlton Hotels. Soliman gained international experience opening Ritz Carlton hotels in Dubai and the Caribbean. He also served as a hotel manager and general manager for Starwood and headed up several South Florida boutique hotels including Grove Isle, The Mutiny and the Alexander Hotel.
