Our financial - related services division, FirstManagement Financial, was formed for the purpose of aggregating the buying power of the communities we represent in North America to enhance operating efficiencies, reduce costs and increase real estate values. We have been successful in securing banking, insurance, cable and other services for our managed communities, working with large corporations, banks, insurance companies and other institutions across North America to offer our clients the best services at the most competitive prices.

FirstManagement Financial provides financial services to more than 3,700 associations, consisting of more than 1,000,000 homes across North America. Services include:

Lockbox Program
Our banking affiliates have vast experience and resources in providing lockbox solutions to clients geared specifically to community associations.  We leverage this knowledge and our relationships to provide industry-leading lockbox service programs at a reasonable rate.

Cash Reserves Program
FirstManagement Financial has designed a cash reserves program specifically for homeowners associations and condominiums. A community can earn significantly more in FirstManagement Financial’s Cash Reserves Program than in a savings or money market account and have immediate  access to all of its funds.

Lending Services for Associations
Working with affiliates from New York to Florida, FirstManagement Financial has facilitated or assisted in loan placements in excess of $500 million for cooperative, condominium and homeowners associations. As an agent for our affiliates, FirstManagement Financial assists associations to fulfill their financing requirements with flexibility, certainty and simplicity.

Insurance Solutions
FirstManagement Financial has been bringing value-added services to its affiliated management companies across North America since 1997. With its partner, Worthington Insurance Agency, a full-service insurance brokerage company, FirstManagement Financial has merged its commercial and residential property management expertise with Worthington to help clients manage the complex insurance purchase and loss mitigation process.  Addressing specific risk profiles of each client we make the transition from existing carriers seamless.
 
Vendor Relationships
We utilize aggregate purchasing power to bring better value and service to our clients and only negotiate agreements with premier vendors who meet stringent service, dependability and financial criteria. We evaluate significant purchasing opportunities with local and national vendors with a view toward cost savings and quality. Our Preferred Vendor Program guarantees our clients the best pricing and terms for the services and goods they need and use most.
